THE ULTIMATE RULEBOOK

Hello dear. The title says it all. YES you do need to read them. I realise it is a boring business, but it’s for the best, honest. Make sure to understand everything and NOT break any rules or the admins will be forced to take action.

• Proboards are strictly 13+, therefore, we will not accept anyone below that age.
  
• If you create an account, you are committing yourself to fill in a profile. Lurkers are not permitted.
  
• A character application must be posted within 2 weeks of joining the board, otherwise the account will be deleted. If you require an exception to this rule, please speak to an admin.
  
• Once a profile has been admitted and approved activity is very important; especially when you apply for a canon character. We expect people to log into ALL their accounts EVERY DAY and post at least once a week.
  
• If you need to leave for a period of time, post in the appropriate board or inform a staff member.

Applying

• The application needs to be filled out with care. Don't use text talk or abbreviations or you will be denied.
  
• If you do not use the provided code the application will NOT be reviewed. However, you will be reminded to go over it and fix as necessary
  
• Once the application has been submitted, please DON’T send messages to the admins about acceptance. Like you, we have real life to attend to so be patient and wait at least 48 hrs before catching an admin’s attention. PLEASE be polite in doing so. PMs, as opposed to personal Emails, are preferred.
  
• You have a limit of 10 days to modify your application to meet the character requirements of the admins. If you do not meet the requirements your application will be DENIED. Feel free to reapply.
  
• Please don't name your character after a character they've played in a movie or television show. That means no Kristen Stewart's with the name Bella, and no Ian Somerhalder's who are called Damon.
  

Character

• No one is perfect, therefore perfect characters are not allowed. Your character may have good qualities, but that doesn't mean they never make mistakes. Make sure there's that something that sets your character apart from the rest.
  
• Pregnancies, suicides and deaths happen. Nonetheless, members are expected to PM an admin before carrying out any of the mentioned above.
  
• Face Claims... Do not use unknown face claims or site models. If you're desperate to use one of them, then you'd better have a pretty damn good application. Face claims of children under 13years are strictly prohibited.
  

Roleplaying

• After being accepted change your display name to your character's FULL name; this must be in CAPS.
  
• All levels of experience are accepted, as long as the person in question can post at least one decent paragraph.
  
• When you're character is speaking use quotation marks (" "), and for thoughts use Italic.
  
• Godmodding is FORBIDDEN OR YOU WILL BE BANNED!
  
• OOC comments should be AVOIDED in roleplay
  
• Creativity and originality are encouraged, especially when it comes to coding which makes posts look more attractive.
  

Rating

• This board is PG-13 - partial R
  
• Drugs, alcohol are allowed but no heavy sex or nakedness
  
• cursing is also allowed

Anything else...

• You are allowed to have as many characters [both canons & originals] as you like, as long as you keep the whole lot active. Again, post once a week and log into all accounts every day.
  
• Always respect the staff and other members.
  
• If you're having a bad day, my advice is to keep clear off the board. We don't want, or need, unnecessary fights. This is a place to have fun.
  
• Please refrain from discussing Religion, Politics and Sexual Orientation in the cbox/OOC area. We understand and acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, sometimes silence is golden.
  
• We would also appreciate if you don't spend your whole time on the IC and OOC c-boxes, keep in mind that you are here to roleplay and it's not nice to keep others waiting for a long time.
